This Font Copyright Agreement is made.
Konstantina Siskos is the creator and owner of an original typeface design titled "thorny".
Agreement In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, Font Creator hereby grants Recipient a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font solely for [describe purpose or use case, e.g., "commercial projects" or "personal use"]. Recipient agrees not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Font without prior written consent from Font Creator. Recipient shall credit Font Creator as the creator of the Font in any use, publication, or distribution thereof. This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of any provision herein. Recipient agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Font Creator from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Recipient's use of the Font in violation of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
